LMS Ag Equipment is looking for a Parts Technician to join our team in Morden!
Since 1987, LMS Ag Equipment has been proudly family owned and operated, serving farmers and agricultural businesses across Manitoba and surrounding provinces. With locations in Morden and Steinbach, we represent some of the biggest names in agriculture, including Fendt, Massey Ferguson, Versatile, Challenger, RoGator, TerraGator, Gehl, and Manitou.
We’re growing, and we’re looking for someone who wants to grow with us.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Parts Technician, you’ll play an important role in keeping our customers and their equipment moving.
You will:
- Help customers identify and source the right parts for equipment repairs and service
- Provide accurate pricing, quotes, and invoicing
- Handle parts inquiries by phone, email, and in person
- Receive, inspect, organize, and stock incoming parts
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized parts department
- Work closely with our service and sales teams to get customers the parts they need, when they need them
- Participate in Saturday and evening rotations during peak season
- Take on other duties and responsibilities as needed

You bring:
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- A positive, team-oriented attitude with the ability to work independently
- A problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn
- Previous parts department or agricultural industry experience is an asset
- Comfort using computerized inventory and ordering systems
- A valid driver’s license
- The ability to safely lift and move parts and materials as required
