Ag Equipment Sales
Reports to: Sales Manager
Location: Morden MB
LMS Ag Equipment, a family-owned and operated farm equipment dealership, proudly serves the agriculture community by selling and servicing premium brands, including Fendt, Challenger, Massey Ferguson, Versatile, Manitou & Gehl.
We are currently seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to manage and grow a sales territory with an established customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to promote repeat business.
- Actively identify and solicit potential customers within the territory.
- Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate equipment and solutions.
- Provide exceptional after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Offer accurate cost estimates for equipment maintenance and products.
- Conduct equipment demonstrations to showcase features and capabilities.
Qualifications:
- Proven ability to drive sales and achieve targets.
- Strong background and interest in agriculture and farm equipment.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate.
