Equipment Detailer / Yard Manager

We proudly represent industry-leading brands including Fendt, Massey Ferguson, Versatile, Challenger, RoGator, Manitou, Gehl and more! We are currently seeking an Equipment Detailer/Yard Manager to join our Service Department at our Steinbach location.
Key Responsibilities:
- Detail new, used, and customer-owned equipment for showroom-ready presentation through comprehensive cleaning, professional detailing & assembly
- Inspect units for malfunctions, unusual noises or leaks
- Assist in repairing and maintaining both inventory and customer equipment.
- Maintain a safe, spotless work area and ensure all company vehicles are kept clean.
- Keep the yard organized and maintained including weed control, snow clearing and mowing as required.
Qualifications:
- You must have the physical stamina to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects, and work in various positions (climbing, crouching, or bending).
- A valid drivers license
- Strong attention to detail, problem solving abilities and the capacity to work independently with minimal supervision
- Willingness to adhere to and practice safe work practices.
